This document governs your use of the hyplay platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, account features, and promotional offers available to players in Bangladesh. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
18+ Age Requirement
All hyplay accounts are strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
BDT Settlements Only
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts on hyplay are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied at the platform level.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one hyplay account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.
Fair Play Enforced
Collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited. hyplay reserves the right to void any wagers placed in violation of fair-play rules.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the hyplay website at hyplay.app, creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, or any other product offered through the hyplay platform — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and hyplay. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use the hyplay platform and should close your account immediately. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
hyplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hyplay will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recently published version.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by hyplay, including but not limited to: the online casino lobby, live casino tables, sports betting and cricket markets, crash games, specialty titles, promotional bonuses, the hyplay Login system, deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank, and all customer support interactions.
Eligibility & Age Verification
To register and maintain an active account on hyplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. hyplay enforces a strict 18+ policy and does not permit access to gambling services by persons under the legal adult age. This restriction applies regardless of any local custom or individual circumstance.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
- Your use of the hyplay platform must not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in the country, state, or territory from which you access the platform.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hyplay or any third-party responsible gaming registry to which hyplay subscribes.
- You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any other person when creating an account or placing wagers.
KYC Identity Verification
hyplay operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all accounts. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit identity documents confirming your full name, date of birth, and Bangladesh address. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
KYC documents submitted to hyplay are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt. Accounts where KYC verification is pending are permitted to deposit and play but are not eligible for withdrawals until verification is successfully completed. hyplay may request additional documentation at any stage if required to satisfy its internal compliance requirements.
Account Registration & Security
Each player may register exactly one account on hyplay. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hyplay reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers placed from those accounts, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, Bangladesh address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. hyplay is not responsible for failed payments, delayed withdrawals, or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hyplay Login credentials — including your username and password. hyplay strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that you do not use for any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
If you suspect that your hyplay account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat. hyplay will investigate any reported unauthorised access and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account lock while the investigation is in progress. hyplay accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Account Information Accuracy
The name registered on your hyplay account must exactly match the name on your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched name details are a common cause of withdrawal delays. If you need to update your registered name due to a clerical error at the time of registration, contact support with your NID for manual correction before initiating any withdrawal.
Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments
hyplay processes all account transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. The platform supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on hyplay is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hyplay wallet within minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on your card issuer. hyplay does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposited funds must be used for wagering on the hyplay platform. Depositing funds for the sole purpose of withdrawing them without any wagering activity — commonly referred to as "money cycling" — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant financial authorities.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by the hyplay finance team within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you contact support to confirm an alternative verified method.
Withdrawals may be delayed where: (a) KYC verification is pending; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met; (c) the account is under a security review; or (d) the withdrawal amount triggers an enhanced due diligence review under hyplay's internal compliance procedures. hyplay will communicate any such delay to the affected player via email or live chat within 24 hours.
Currency & Exchange
hyplay operates exclusively in BDT. No multi-currency conversion is performed on the platform. If your payment provider applies a foreign exchange step on their end (for example, an international card issuer), any resulting exchange costs are borne by the player and are not reimbursed by hyplay.
Bonuses & Promotions
hyplay offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, cashback on net losses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits issued by hyplay are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's dedicated terms page. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for hyplay bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before a withdrawal of those funds can be requested.
Not all game types contribute equally to meeting a wagering requirement. Live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a different rate than standard slot titles. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Playing a game with a 0% contribution rate does not advance your wagering progress.
Bonus Abuse
Bonus offers on hyplay are designed for genuine entertainment use by individual players. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in voiding of all bonus funds, suspension of the account, and forfeiture of any winnings generated from abusive bonus activity:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once.
- Coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements through matched betting or low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place wagers during a bonus period.
- Systematically wagering on outcomes with near-certain probability (such as banker-only Baccarat runs) to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are not recoverable. hyplay is not required to issue replacements for expired bonuses under any circumstance.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All wagers placed on hyplay are governed by the game-specific rules published within each game interface or sports betting market, as well as the general betting principles in this section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules and accept them in full.
Sports Betting
Cricket betting on hyplay covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test and ODI events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Football, kabaddi, and hockey events are also available. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked for that wager.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event due to interruptions, data delays, or unusual betting patterns. hyplay reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a data feed error. Void bets are refunded to the player's account at the original stake amount.
Casino & Live Casino
All casino game outcomes on hyplay are produced by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by independently audited providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Red Tiger, and Habanero. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in that game's information panel. hyplay does not alter, interfere with, or modify the RTP settings of any game provided by its licensed partners.
Live casino tables operate with real dealers via HD video stream. Technical disconnections during a live casino round do not void the hand or spin in progress. If a disconnection occurs before a round is completed, the outcome will be determined and settled as normal once the round concludes; the settlement result will be visible in your account transaction history.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. The applicable limits are displayed at the table, on the bet slip, or within the game interface before each wager is placed. hyplay may adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including imposing individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by internal risk management procedures.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
hyplay is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in relation to a genuine hyplay deposit. Players who initiate chargebacks may have their account suspended and the disputed amount recovered from any remaining balance.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, sharing cards or strategies in real-time play, or any other form of coordinated cheating.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software that automates the placing of wagers without genuine human decision-making for each bet.
- Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting differences between hyplay's odds and those of other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or using lay betting platforms in conjunction with hyplay to hedge all risk out of bonus wagers.
- Money Laundering: Using the hyplay platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. hyplay cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and will report suspicious transaction activity as required.
- Impersonation: Accessing hyplay using another person's account credentials, payment details, or identity documents, or allowing any other person to use your account.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with any hyplay software, game logic, RNG system, or security mechanism.
hyplay employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with any of the above prohibited activities may be suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. Players under investigation retain no right to access their account balance until the investigation is resolved.
Account Suspension & Closure
hyplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, underage gambling, or behaviour that is abusive or threatening toward support staff.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their hyplay account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team and requesting account closure. Before closure is finalised, hyplay will process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion options include: 24-hour cool-off, 7-day break, 30-day break, or permanent self-exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, hyplay Login is disabled and all marketing communications are suppressed. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Players seeking to reinstate an account after a temporary self-exclusion must wait until the full period has elapsed and then contact support to request reinstatement.
Effect of Closure on Balances
Upon account closure — whether initiated by hyplay or the player — any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. Accounts closed due to a confirmed Terms & Conditions breach forfeit all balances, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits, without compensation.
